Hello, the staff of Southern Smiles Photography would like to thank you for visiting our page, we are excited for the opportunity to be your photographers. Please read below for our policies and prices. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact at

The fee for scheduling a session is $150. This is due within 7 days of booking your session. This deposit is non-refundable.
The $150 deposit includes:
-$90.00 Session Fee (for the time, talent & editing time of the photographer)
-$60.00 Print Credit (to be put towards ordering prints or creating your CD).
We are natural light photographers and therefore we only shoot outdoors in natural lighting. We do have several locations to choose from based on each clients needs. Sessions need to be scheduled at least one week in advance. We will discuss location options and the specifications of your photo shoot at the time of scheduling. Each session allows for 2 clothing changes (3 outfits total) if you would like.
Rescheduling policy: If you have to reschedule because of illness or any other personal reason, your session fee will be applied to a new session as long as you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. If the rescheduling is due to weather, this advanced notice is not required. If you do not show up for a session, you will forfeit your fee.

Here is a list of the various packages we offer. All prints must be paid in full before hand. We can also create a unique package to fit your needs if none of the following do so:

We also offer individual print prices as follows:
8 wallets (same pose)  $4.00
5x7  $6.00

16x20  $20.00

We do offer a payment plan once your non-refundable deposit has been paid you can make weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments up till the day of in which said event.The amount of each payment is completely up to you. Please keep in mind no photography will take place until you are fully paid for.


Wedding Packages
We offer 3 different Wedding Packages: Simplicity, Primo and Elegant. Each package allows engagement session, ample wedding day coverage and a beautiful custom hard cover album.

To book your date a $250 (this includes booking engagement session & wedding session) deposit is requires at time of scheduling. This deposit is non-refundable. Please keep in mind that until the deposit is received your date will remain available to others wishing to book an appointment.

 Simplicity package – $600.00

Includes:
-Engagement Session
-CD of edited images from Engagement Session with print release (full size & re-sized).
-8x8 Hard Cover Album Guestbook from Engagement Session.
-Up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage.
-2 photographers
-8x8 Hard Cover Album from Wedding Day
-CD if edited images from Wedding Day with print release. (Full size & re-sized).

 Primo Package- $800.00

  Includes:
-Engagement Session
-CD of edited images from Engagement Session with print release (full size & re-sized).
-8x8 Hard Cover Album Guestbook from Engagement Session.
-Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage.
-2 photographers
-10x10 Hard Cover Album from Wedding Day
-CD if edited images from Wedding Day with print release. (Full size & re-sized).

 Elegant Package- $1,000

  Includes:
-Engagement Session
-CD of edited images from Engagement Session with print release (full size & re-sized).
-8x8 Hard Cover Album Guestbook from Engagement Session.
-full day of wedding coverage
-2 photographers
-10x10 Hard Cover Album from Wedding Day
-2 5x7 Mother & Mother in law albums.
-CD if edited images from Wedding Day with print release. (Full size & re-sized).
-Bridal session
-CD if edited images of Bridal Session with print release. (Full size & re-sized).



Bringing Life Into The World--Baby Club Packages:
Each session comes with a CD of 20-40 images as well as a print release form so you can print as often as you wish. You also have the option to purchase prints as well.
There are several baby club packages to choose from:

 Package 1: $450.00

 -4 sessions (newborn, 6 months, 9 months & 1 year)

Package 2: $575.00

-5 sessions (maternity, newborn, 6 months, 9 months & 1 year) -

Package 3: $700.00

-6 sessions (maternity, newborn, family session, 6 months, 9 months & 1 year) -

 A $175 deposit is required at the time you join the baby club. You will then pay a pre-set amount at each session. You are free to pay in full, or, during the course of the year, pay the remaining balance at any time you wish during set payment plan course.
